* Flood Watch to include portions of central Arkansas, southwest Arkansas, and western Arkansas, including the following areas, in central Arkansas, Garland, Grant, and Saline. In southwest Arkansas, Hot Spring. In western Arkansas, Central and Eastern Montgomery County, Northern Montgomery County Higher Elevations, and Southwest Montgomery County Higher Elevations.

* WHEN...From 1 PM CDT this afternoon through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* AFFECTED AREAS: GARLAND ... SALINE ... HOT SPRING ... GRANT ... CENTRAL AND EASTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY ... NORTHERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY HIGHER ELEVATIONS ... SOUTHWEST MONTGOMERY COUNTY HIGHER ELEVATIONS
