* At 458 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over San Jon, or 21 miles east of Tucumcari, moving north at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include... San Jon and Bard. This includes Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 350 and 364.
* AFFECTED AREAS: QUAY, NM
