Road Closure at Crowther Avenue and Placentia Avenue Beginning Today - May 19th. Seek Alternate Routes. 
The City of Placentia awarded a contract to KANA PIPELINE, INC. for the TOD Crowther Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project. This project will replace the aging sewer pipeline on Crowther Avenue to increase sewer capacity for the new developments and existing properties.
A road closure at the intersection of Crowther Avenue and Placentia Avenue will start on May 15th through May 19th. Northbound travel lanes will be closed to traffic during this period of construction. Local access will be available from westbound Crowther Avenue only.
