* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Expect heavy rainfall and possible flash flooding due to an upper level disturbance moving across, abundant low and mid level moisture and a cold front moving through. Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible with locally higher amounts.
