* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Crockett, Fisher, Haskell, Irion, Jones, Nolan, Runnels, Schleicher, Shackelford, Sterling, Taylor, Throckmorton and Tom Green.

* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Expect heavy rainfall and possible flash flooding due to an upper level disturbance moving across, abundant low and mid level moisture and a cold front moving through.
