IMPD Detectives Seek the Assistance of the Community to Locate a Missing Person
INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Missing Persons Detectives are seeking the public's help locating 60-year-old Paul Harlan. Harlan is described as 5’7", 150 pounds, with red hair, and blue eyes. Harlan was last seen Wednesday, May 5, 2023, in the 4500 block of East Washington St. Harlan has been diagnosed with several medical conditions and may need medical attention. Mr. Harlan may be lost and not know how to return home on his own.
