* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Fisher and Nolan.

* WHEN...Until 915 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 611 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sweetwater, Roscoe, Wastella, Champion, Camp Boothe Oaks, Gannon, Lake Sweetwater, Busby, Capitola, Us-84 Near The Nolan-Fisher County Line and I-20 Near The Nolan-Mitchell County Line. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 229 and 260. This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
