* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Nolan, Runnels and Taylor.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 730 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.75 to 1.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Blackwell, Nolan, Fort Chadbourne, Maryneal, Hylton, Sanco, Happy Valley, Wingate, Silver, Coronados Camp, Oak Creek Reservoir, The Intersection Of Highway 70 And Ranch Road 53, Shep, Wilmeth and Pumphrey. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
