* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Crockett, Schleicher and Sutton.

* WHEN...Until 1030 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 834 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.75 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Eldorado, Us-277 Near The Sutton-Schleicher County Line, The Intersection Of I-10 And Ranch Road 1989, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 2596 And Ranch Road 864, The Intersection Of Us-190 And Ranch Road 2084 and I-10 Near The Crockett-Sutton County Line. - This includes the following highways...
