Flood Advisory until 12:30PM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Crockett and Sutton.

* WHEN...Until 1230 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 920 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.75 to 1.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sonora, The Intersection Of Highway 163 And Ranch Road 1973, The Intersection Of Us-277 And Ranch Road 189 and Us-277 Near The Sutton-Edwards County Line. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 397 and 403. This includes the following Low Water Crossings... crossings along SH 163. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
