On today’s date at about 8:48 PM, Simi Valley Police officers responded to an Organized Retail Theft that just occurred at Ulta Beauty Supply located at 1555 Simi Valley Town Center Way. During the theft, the suspects got away with about $2,000 worth of various fragrances and fled in a black Honda Accord with its license plates covered. Shortly after the call was broadcast, an officer found the suspect vehicle travelling E/B on the 118 freeway and followed it to North Hollywood where it was stopped. Both suspects were taken into custody and the stolen property was recovered from their vehicle. The suspects were identified as Kobe Howard (23 years) who is a resident of Upland, CA and Johnnie Gray (26 years) who is a resident of Los Angeles, CA. Both suspects will be taken to the Ventura County Main Jail where they will be booked for Grand Theft and Organized Retail theft.
