4th Offense OWI Arrest.
Morton showed signs of impairment. A Department of Motor Vehicle Check showed he had 3 prior OWI convictions.
He was subsequently arrested for OWI-4th, and he consented to a legal blood draw. The results are pending.
During a search of the vehicle, officers located 10 grams of cocaine and an open bottle of intoxicants.

On 05/14/23, at 8:56 PM, Janesville officers stopped a vehicle for operating without its lights on. Officers could smell the odor of intoxicants on the driver, Troy Morton.Morton showed signs of impairment. A Department of Motor Vehicle Check showed he had 3 prior OWI convictions.
