Residents near Elm Street and Franklin Street / 144^th Ave.
 
This is to inform our Residents and our Corporate Partners that beginning the week of May 22, Grimmer Construction will be working on reconstructing the section of Elm Street south of Franklin Street / 144^th Ave. just East of the Kenny Lofton Little League Fields. The work will consist of new underground piping for sewer, sanitary, and water, along with new sidewalk and asphalt pavement.  The intersection of Franklin and Elm Street will be shut down for one week to facilitate the water main being tied into the existing line.  The project is expected to be completed within 75 days.
