Portions of east central Missouri, including the following areas, Franklin MO, Jefferson MO, Saint Louis City MO and Saint Louis MO.
* WHEN...From 9 PM CDT this evening through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Recent heavy rains have fallen over these areas. An additional 2 to 3 inches is expected to fall through Tuesday morning.
