* Locations impacted include... Dallas, Plano, Garland, McKinney, Richardson, Allen, Rowlett, Wylie, Sachse, Murphy, Fairview, Lucas, Parker, St. Paul, Buckingham and Lake Ray Hubbard. This includes Interstate 30 between mile markers 61 and 64.
