* AFFECTED AREA...Gloucester, Camden, Northwestern Burlington, Ocean, Atlantic and Southeastern Burlington.
* TIMING...Wednesday morning through early evening.
* WINDS...North 10 to 15 gusting 20 to 25 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...In the mid to upper 60s.
* IMPACTS...The combination of dry conditions, low relative humidity, and gusty winds will result in favorable conditions for the rapid spread of fires on Wednesday.
