On May 15, 2023, at approximately 6:25 p.m., the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety received a call of a robbery that just occurred at a business located in the 6600 block of Commerce Boulevard. A store employee reported the suspect entered the store and asked to purchase merchandise. As the employee opened the cash register, the suspect removed a handgun from his waistband and demanded the money from the register.
The store employee described the suspect as a black male, approximately 20 years old, 6’01” tall, 200 lbs., wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black shoes, and a blue COVID-19 style mask covering his face. The suspect was last seen fleeing the store on foot in an unknown direction and with an undisclosed amount of money.
