Man with a gun arrested. 
SVPD officers observed known subject, Carlos Cardona (23 years, resident of Simi Valley), in the 1200 block of E. Los Angeles Ave. Officers detained Cardona based on his Post-Release Community Supervision (PRCS) terms. Officers located a loaded firearm in Cardona's waistband. Cardona was arrested for Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Felon in Possession of Ammunition, and California's Gang Affiliation Sentencing Enhancement Act.
