PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE AT AUCTION OF ABANDONED TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY (Bicycles)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Teaneck will be holding a live auction on Friday, May 19, 2023 12 PM with a preview hour beginning at 11 AM. The auction will take place in the Police Department Parking Lot, 900 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ. The Auction will be CASH ONLY. The public sale at auction of the tangible personal property shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The minimum price for each item shall be $1.00.

2. The public sale at auction shall be conducted by the Township Manager or his designee.

3. All sales shall be for cash only.

4. The person submitting the highest bid at auction for each item shall deposit with the Township Manager or his designee the amount of the bid and shall, upon payment, take possession of the item.

5. Persons wishing to inspect the items for sale may inspect the items beginning at 11 AM on the date of the auction.

6. All sales are final.

7. The Township of Teaneck makes no representations concerning the condition of the items or their suitability for any particular purpose.
