Motorists are advised of street closures in the downtown area today through Sunday for the East Lansing Art Festival (ELAF). These road closures include M.A.C. Avenue from Grand River Avenue through Albert Avenue as well as Albert Avenue east toward Bailey Street. Additionally, please be aware of closures on Albert Avenue west of M.A.C. Avenue to the entrance of the Albert Avenue Garage. This area is closed for Albert EL Fresco this summer. Most parking will remain available in City garages during the ELAF. Visit
