Fremont Police Department and Newark Police Department are releasing body-worn camera video and additional details for the April 13, 2023, Officer-Involved-Shooting incident. The incident video can be found on our Transparency Portal at https://fremontpolice.gov/OIS. This remains an open and ongoing investigation being conducted by the CA Department of Justice.
