Two Arrested for Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, Narcotics 
In the early morning hours of May 19, 2023, an officer observed a vehicle and numerous individuals outside of a closed business on U.S. Route 30. Upon further investigation, the vehicle was discovered to have been stolen out of Atlantic City.
The individuals, identified as Todd Gould and Danielle Grainger, refused to comply with the officer. They were arrested a short time later without incident. The investigation resulted in the discovery of narcotics on both individuals. Both were charged with various offenses and released on summonses pending their appearance with the Atlantic County Superior Court.

CHARGES: Receiving Stolen Property (Motor Vehicle), Resisting Arrest, Obstruction, Possession of CDS (Suspected Heroin), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
