* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Runnels and Tom Green.

* WHEN...Until 115 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1010 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.75 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ballinger, Maverick, Miles, Rowena, Tennyson, Orient, Ballinger Lake, Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line and The Intersection Of Highway 208 And Ranch Road 2662. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
