Flood Advisory until 12:30PM 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following county, Uvalde.
* WHEN...Until 1230 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1027 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Uvalde, Knippa, Uvalde Estates and Concan. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become unstable and unsafe.
