Dear Bear Valley Springs Residents,

We are delighted to report the results of our recent survey on implementing RFID amenity cards for visitor gate entry. Thanks to your engagement, we received 352 submissions, with 291 unique responses validated for the final results.

A significant majority, 80-90% (accounting for a 6% margin of error), supported the early termination of non-RFID windshield stickers and amenity cards as valid entry identification. Based on your feedback, we have moved up the deadline for the transition to July 31, 2023.

We assure you that we will soon begin our official outreach to communicate these changes effectively. Expect to receive postal mailers, emails, newsletters, and updates on social media providing detailed information and instructions on the transition. 

Thank you for helping us make the transition smoother and faster. We look forward to your continued engagement and support in creating a safer Bear Valley Springs.
