The intersection at Delaware Ave & Rt. 130 is closed to all cross traffic due to a power outage. No traffic will be permitted to cross Rt. 130 until the repairs are complete. All vehicles travelling on Delaware Ave towards Rt. 130 will have to turn right onto Rt. 130 South. All vehicles travelling on Florence-Columbus Rd towards Rt. 130 will have to turn right onto Rt. 130 North.
