STREET, WATER & SEWER CONSTRUCTION: Elm St. and Franklin St. / 144th Ave begins tomorrow and last 75 days.

Residents near Elm Street and Franklin Street / 144th Ave.
This is to inform our Residents and our Corporate Partners that our Elm Street Construction project will start tomorrow May 24th. Grimmer Construction will be working on reconstructing the section of Elm Street south of Franklin Street / 144th Ave. just East of the Kenny Lofton Little League Fields.
The work will consist of new underground piping for sewer, sanitary, and water, along with new sidewalk and asphalt pavement. Within the next few weeks, the intersection of Franklin and Elm Street will be shut down for one week to facilitate the water main being tied into the existing line.
The project is expected to be completed within 75 days. We ask for, and appreciate, your patience during this work. We also Thank You for your understanding and cooperation.
