* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Concho, Runnels and Tom Green.
* WHEN...Until 245 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1145 PM CDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ballinger, Paint Rock, Miles, Lowake, Rowena, Mereta, Veribest, Tennyson, Orient, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 380 And Ranch Road 381, Ballinger Lake, Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line, The Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road 1929 and Harriet. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
