**UPDATE** At Risk Missing Huizhen Yao has been located and is home safe. 
The missing person was located by a concerned citizen in Temple City and was safetly returned home.
The Arcadia Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: Huizhen Yao, 74 Year Old, Female, Chinese, 5'04", 126 pounds, brown jacket, blue jeans, white shoes.. Last seen: walking from 900 Block West Duarte Road on 5-23-2023, at 9:00 AM. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Huizhen Yao, please call 911 or contact the police.
