1. Weapons Arrest (1702) Country Club Boulevard and Interstate 5, Civic District
Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area and found the occupants possessing firearms and narcotics. ARRESTED: Hector Tavizon, 34, Marina Tavizon, 28, and Norman Gignac, 47, for weapons, narcotics, and traffic charges.
2. Persons Shot (1937) 2600 Block of Plantation Place, Bear Creek District
Two juvenile victims were driving in the area when an unknown suspect shot at them. Both victims were struck and transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. There is no suspect information.
