* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall and rapid snow melt is possible.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, including the following areas, Northern Elko County and Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range.
* WHEN...Until 10 pm Wednesday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. Debris flows are possible, especially in areas prone to loose rock and soil such as the Lamoille Canyon area.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - This will be a combination event of heavy to moderate rainfall alongside rapid snow melt. Mountainous areas are expected to be more susceptible to flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
