Flood Advisory until 03:45PM

* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Concho, McCulloch and Runnels.

* WHEN...Until 345 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 146 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms...from Ballinger to the O.H.Ivie Reservoir to Millersview to Pear Valley to Brady. Movement was southeast at 15 mph along the line of thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Brady, Ballinger, Paint Rock, Melvin, Doole, Salt Gap, Millersview, Pear Valley, Brady Lake, Rowena, Camp San Saba, Voca, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 1929 And Ranch Road 2134, The Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road 1929, Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line and Ballinger Lake. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... South Blackburn between Adkins and 13th, White Street at Live Oak Creek, Hallum Draw, 17th Street between Pine and College, FM 1929 crossing Fuzzy Creek, FM 0503 crossing Waloope Creek, South High between 14th and 15th Streets, County Road 356 crossing Little Saddle Creek, crossings along County Road 4508 and County Road 156 crossing Bowtie Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
