* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central Idaho and southwest Idaho, including the following counties, in south central Idaho, Twin Falls. In southwest Idaho, Owyhee.
* WHEN...Until 315 PM MDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 124 PM MDT, Thunderstorms developing over the area this afternoon will produce heavy rain which will lead to rises in small streams and localized flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
