Flood Advisory until 12:45PM 
* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Kimble, Menard and Sutton.
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1053 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms, from Sonora to Fort McKavett to Menard. Movement was southeast at 30 mph, and should reach Junction beginning 1130 AM. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sonora, Junction, Roosevelt, Fort Mckavett, Telegraph, South Llano River State Park, Segovia, Yates Crossing, London. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 380 and 475. This includes the following Low Water Crossings... Park Road 73 crossing South Llano River, US HWY 377 crossing South Llano River, FM 2169 crossing Johnson Fork Creek, US HWY 377 crossing 2 miles North of Telegraph, RM 2291 crossings along Bear Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
