Full Notification

On May 11, 2023, at approximately 9:54 pm, the Davis Police Department received a report of a male who was exposing and fondling himself outside of an apartment in the 2400 block of Sycamore Lane.  The female resident noticed a hooded figure at her front door. Looking out a front window, she observed a light complected male in his late 20’s, 5’8” tall, 150 pounds, wearing a black hoodie and gray sweatpants.  The man had pulled his pants partially down, exposed his genitals and fondled himself.  The female resident became frightened and called police.  Officers quickly responded, checked the area and did not locate the suspect.
 
On May 20, 2023, at approximately 12:48 pm a female was walking her dog on the bike path south of Catalina Drive when she noticed a young male subject sitting on a bench with a phone in one hand and his genitals in the other.  The man is described as 20 to 22- year-old, tan complected male, 5’7” to 5’9” tall, with brown medium length curly hair and an average build.  The female yelled out to the male who made no attempt to cover himself. The female left the area and notified police. Officers checked the area and did not locate the male subject.
 
It is unknown if these incidents are related to the peeping incidents that occurred in the 700 block of Sycamore Lane over the last several months, however the Davis Police Department would like to remind the public to remain aware of your surroundings and immediately report suspicious behavior by calling the police emergency line at 530-758-3600, or 911 for an emergency in progress.
