The Town of Delhi wants you to know that the Delaware County Department of Public Works will begin T&L work on CR 16 on Monday, June 5 at 7 am.  The work will start at the intersection with County Route 14 in Treadwell and progress towards the intersection with NYS Route 10.  Work will be done daily from 7 am to 5 pm until the project is complete. Weather permitting the work will be completed by June 15. The traveling public should expect extended delays during this work. Alternate routes are suggested when possible.

T & L work is a layer of asphalt that trues and levels the road to even out the road surface where pipes were installed and help to ensure a proper crown for drainage. That layer will be sealed with oil and stone later this summer.
