Traffic Enforcement Details Week of May 27^th Through June 2^nd:
 
In an effort to address recurring traffic safety concerns within the Township, the South Brunswick Police Department will be conducting the following directed traffic enforcement details during the week of May 27^th through June 2^nd:
 
West Side:
Promenade Boulevard: Speeding, Distracted Driving, and Failure to Stop for Pedestrians in Crosswalks
 
East Side:
Route 130: Speeding, Distracted Driving, and Failure to Keep Right
 
These traffic enforcement details will be conducted in addition to our Department's routine traffic enforcement efforts. 
 

Road Construction Scheduled on Deans Rhode Hall Road:
 
The Middlesex County Department of Highways will be paving Deans Rhode Hall Road over the course of the next few weeks. This project is scheduled to take place between the hours of 7am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. There will lane closures and alternating traffic, and drivers should expect delays. Please observe posted warning signs and follow the direction of police officers and other traffic controllers.
 
 
Click It or Ticket Continues:
 
Law enforcement officers from the South Brunswick Police Department continue to join with police from around the country in cracking down on unbuckled motorists and passengers as part of the national “Click it or Ticket” campaign. Expect additional patrols, and remember to always wear your seatbelt.
