2023 Memorial Day Parade Road Closures 
The 2023 Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony will begin at 10:00am on Monday, May 29, 2023 in the area of West Sylvania Ave and Springdale Ave. The safety of those involved in the parade is paramount, and as such, W Sylvania Ave from Springdale Ave to State Route 35 and all side roads along/ intersecting with the parade route will be CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC. All roads encompassing the parade route will be closed beginning at 9:50am - No Exceptions. W. Sylvania Ave will reopen when the parade is off of W Sylvania Ave, and the Windsor Ct, Lipman Pl, Lincoln Ave, Wilson Ave, Riverview Ave and Myron Ave roadways will be reopened when the parade is complete - before the Ceremony begins.
