Flood Warning until 12:00AM Saturday
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of east central New Mexico, including the following county, Curry.
* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 816 PM MDT, Trained weather spotters reported high water on multiple roads in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Roads impacted include state highways 268, 288, 209, and several adjacent county roads. Water will be slow to recede and night time makes water depths impossible to see. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clovis, Melrose, Grady, Ranchvale, Broadview, Bellview and Pleasant Hill. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
