Full Notification

On May 26, 2023, approximately 2338 hours, an Officer in the area of 41^st and San Pablo overheard several gunshots and responded. An Officer located a victim, male in his 30’s, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Officers administered aid to the victim while Alameda County Fire and Falck responded. The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by medical staff.
 
The Emeryville Police is working with the Alameda County Sheriff Coroner’s Office for identification of the victim. Anyone with information regarding this incident should contact the Emeryville Police Department Criminal Investigations Section at 510-596-3700.
