The Rockton Memorial Day parade begins lining up on East River Street at Blackhawk Blvd. at 8:00 a.m. It steps off at 9:00 a.m. and proceeds north on Blackhawk to Main Street, West on Main to Prairie Street, Prairie to West Union, Union to West Street and north on West Street to the cemetary. Expect delays or avoid the areas listed.
