The male victim, 53, was intentionally struck with a vehicle by the suspect. SUSPECT: A Hispanic male adult.
2. Robbery (1811) 2300 Block of South Airport Way, Park District
The two female employee victims, 46 and 35, attempted to stop two suspects from stealing merchandise when one suspect reached into his waistband and made a verbal threat toward them. SUSPECTS: Two black male adults.
3. Armed Robbery (2043) 2400 Block of South Airport Way, Park District
The two victims, 38 year old male and 28 year old female, were working at an area business when two armed suspects entered the location and stole property from both the business and the victims. SUSPECTS: Two Hispanic male adults.
4. Weapons Arrest (2240) 2100 Block of Valmora Drive, Valley Oak District
Officers conducted a traffic stop in the listed area. During a search of the vehicle, they located multiple firearms in the car. Both suspects were taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Saul Mirola, 21, and Jesus Solano, 20, for weapons and traffic charges.
5. Resisting Arrest (2325) East Swain Road and North El Dorado Street, Lakeview District
Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area. When officers detained the driver, he pulled away. Officers were able to place him in handcuffs after a brief struggle. ARRESTED: Brandon Turner, 37, for traffic charges and resisting arrest.
6. Battery on an Officer (2331) 600 Block of North Center Street, Civic District
Officers responded to the area on the report of a disturbance. Officers later arrested the suspect for vandalism. While being taken into custody, the suspect kicked an officer and spat on several others. Officers applied a SAFE Wrap and spit net to prevent him from injuring himself or the officers. ARRESTED: Javonte Geddins, 29, for battery on officers and vandalism.
7. Resisting Arrest (0353) 5800 Block of Montauban Avenue, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to the area on the report of trespassing on a residential property. When officers arrived, one subject resisted arrest and fled from the officers. One officer deployed his taser to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Willie Dixon, 34, for burglary, resisting arrest, and warrants.
