* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall in thunderstorms is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central Idaho and southwest Idaho, including the following areas, in south central Idaho, Southern Twin Falls County. In southwest Idaho, Southwest Highlands.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff from brief heavy rain in thunderstorms may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow storm movement, training thunderstorms, and the potential for rain rates of over an inch per hour pose the threat of localized flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
