* IMPACTS...At 15 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.4 feet. - Flood stage is 15 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.8 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HUNT, TX ... KAUFMAN, TX ... ROCKWALL, TX
