There is an increased police presence in the area surrounding White Pond and I-77 for a male who escaped custody from another agency in Summit County. He is a white male age 39 wearing a medical boot, handcuffs and an orange jumpsuit, 5'9", 150 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, scruffy beard and visible neck tattoos. Please call the police if you see anyone matching the description. He is wanted for non-violent offenses.
