1. Robbery (1600) 5000 Block of Gadwell Circle, Lakeview District

The female victim, 81, was in the area when the suspect pulled the victim’s property, causing the victim to fall. The victim sustained minor injuries, and the suspect fled in a vehicle. SUSPECT: Black male adult.

2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1830) 500 East Fulton Street, Civic District

During an argument, the suspect attempted to stab the male victim, 59. Staff members removed the weapon from the suspect, and the responding officers took the suspect into custody without incident. The victim and suspect were transported to an area hospital for treatment for non-life-threatening injuries. ARRESTED: Sean Dechance, 57, for assault with a deadly weapon.

3. Residential Robbery (2200) 3100 Block of East Main Street, Park District

The male victim, 61, was in his residence when two suspects entered the home, brandished firearms, and struck the victim several times. The suspects fled with property, and the victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECTS: Two unknown race males.

4. Persons Shot (2316) 2100 Block of Chapman Oak Drive, Civic District

An unknown suspect shot three adult victims during an altercation. All three victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment for non-life-threatening injuries. There was no suspect information.

5. Resisting Arrest (0026) 2100 Block of Chapman Oak Drive, Civic District

While the officers investigated a shooting incident, the suspect ignored officers' commands and ran through the crime scene. The suspect was taken to the ground and handcuffed. ARRESTED: Azaria Maxey, 20, for resisting arrest.

6. Attempted Robbery (0209) 1200 Block of East Martin Luther King Boulevard, Park District

The male victim, 30, was making a delivery to an area business when a suspect approached him with a handgun. The suspect pointed the firearm and ordered him to get on the ground. The victim ran into the business, and the suspect fled. SUSPECT: An adult male.

7. Persons Shot (0248) 300 Block of West Third Street, Seaport District

Officers responded to the area on the report of a person shot. Officers located two male victims, 24 and 27, both suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment. Detectives responded to assume the investigation. There is no suspect information.
