Wrangell Municipal Light and Power’s Annual Maintenance Diesel Run scheduled to begin May 31, 2023 
Wrangell Municipal Light & Power will be starting our annual maintenance Diesel Run to support SEAPA’s Tyee Lake Maintenance and Transmission Line work.
The diesel run is scheduled to start TOMORROW Wednesday, May 31st, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. and is scheduled to end Friday, June 10, 2023, at 8:00 a.m.
We are asking the community to conserve electricity as much as possible during the diesel run. If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach WMLP’s office at 907-874-3602.
The Fuel Surcharge that will be included on your bill for the diesel run will be reflected on August 2023 Utility Bill. The fuel surcharge is for the additional cost to provide power to our customers when using diesel generation.
