AVOID I-55 southbound on-ramp from US Rt. 6 due to a truck fire and fuel leak. The on-ramp from US Rt. 6 to I-55 sout 
The Channahon Police Department advises you to AVOID I-55 S/B from US Rt. 6 due to a current traffic issue. A truck fire and fuel spill has closed the on-ramp from US Rt. 6 to I-55 southbound and will require a detour of traffic for the next few hours. Please use Bluff Rd. to gain entry to southbound I-55.
