Flood Advisory until 07:30PM Wednesday 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall in thunderstorms is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central Idaho and southwest Idaho, including the following counties, in south central Idaho, Gooding and Twin Falls. In southwest Idaho, Elmore and Owyhee.
* WHEN...Until 730 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 511 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Gooding, Glenns Ferry, Hagerman, Bliss, White Arrow Hot Spring, Twentymile Butte, King Hill and Deadman Flat. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
