Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Nohea Nicoll, who was reported as a runaway.
Nicoll was last seen in the 100 block of Lanikaula Street in Hilo on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., wearing a red top, a black and red jersey, and jeans.
She is described as local with a thin build and medium complexion, about 5 feet 4 inches tall, 110 pounds, with brown shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.
Police ask anyone with information on Nicoll’s whereabouts to please call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
